For what its worth, I recognize it. IIRC, it is over 20 years old. I think
I remember this, or something much like it, read with stirring marital music
behind in the late '70s.
Personally, I've been following the response of world governments. With few
exceptions, like China, what I have heard was very supportive. Indeed,
every national leader from Western Europe used words like "use every
necessary measure to erradicate terrorism." That sounds to me like they are
promising more than words of support.
I'm guessing that Gautam knows diplomatic speak better than I do, but it
seemed that there must have been an agreed upon code pharse...because I
heard variations on that phrase from Germany, the UK, and France.
