IIRC, He said it after the two attacks on the WTC, and before the attack on the Pentegon. I am very thankful that the probable attacks on the Capital and White House didn't suceed. Among other things, it would be very hard to maintain calm and not strike out at the first apparent target if we lost most of our national government. Personally I'm taking your attitude as one of a supportive friend.
