These are two different situations, Erik. The footage I have seen of
Israeli troops shooting at stonethrowing Palestinians never showed that
every Israeli soldier was surrounded by ten Palestinians. Basically, what
the footage shows is a group of Palestinians on one side and Israeli troops
on the other side, with some space between the two groups. It shows the
Palestinians throwing stones at the soldiers, and the soldiers responding
to that with gunfire.
