Well, once again the volume of mail going through the list has entirely overcome my ability to keep up with it. I've got fifteen or so messages sitting in my Inbox I've flagged to come up with responses to, and I've come to the realization that it's extremely unlikely that I'll ever get around to it. SO: If you've asked me anything I haven't responded to yet (I think there were a few posts), or have taken my silence to mean that I've stormed off the list in a huff, know that it's just that the discussion's so far ahead of me right now I'm just dropping out of it. :) For my own part, I've said pretty much what I still believe about the conflict at hand, and I've resolved to just wait and see what happens, as it's all out of my hands anyway. I'd like to thank everyone on the list for keeping things interesting, especially the people whose viewpoints differ from mine in staggering ways. Talk to you all later when there are some not-so-time-consuming threads going on . . . -CJ
