This is not the impression _I_ got, based on a mix of
brazilian media and CNN.us, BBC.uk, TV5.fr, RAI.it, RTP.pt, 
and all other stuff we get from cable.

In resume, it was said that Chenney [*] wanted a much
more violent response, but Bush tuned it down. Also, they
highlight the firmness and eloquence of W, comparing to
the stuttering and misspellings before the attack - as
if we are now watching the third president Bush.
