In the US this would be a cruel thing to do to a child. Since traffic lights are green 
for go and red for stop. We all have our own points of view but they do correlate in 
some way with the world. As long as we are to communicate with each other we must 
share information about the communality of our internal states. In other words green  
is still green if you teach someone it is red and murder is murder/
