How can you see our system as the "end of history" in the way Fukuyama
suggests, yet still be open-minded to the idea that a better one might
someday be devised?  His argument is that a better system cannot be invented
and the only progress will come from improving our implementation of this
one throughout the world.  That is a rejection of alternatives, unless I'm
missing something.
