What's the name of that lady who gives 'discrimination' workshops? I mean the one who uses the 'blue and brown eyes' method. On the first day people with brown eyes are defined as superior. She makes the people with blue eyes wear a colar to easier recognise them. They are then subjected to continues and havy discrimination by the brown eyed. On the next day this is reversed. In her workshops she explaines using this as an example how discrimation works. I saw a documentary on her and was quite impressed but I can't remember her name.
