The article for the link below mentions a former Battelle scientists in Columbus Ohio that is being investigated in the Anthrax incidents. I drive by this facility several times a week and it is in the midst of the OSU campus.
Anyway, I have no problem with Anthrax research for defensive purposes, but I have to wonder how exactly developing a "powdered aerosol form of anthrax" helps in protecting the citizens and military from Anthrax attack?
