My point is that freedom of speech is a fiction. There is *no* freedom
of speech. You can't:

(a) publish copyrighted material

(b) publish things that were obtained illegally [for example, that movie
of the gym girl taking a shower, using a hidden camera]

(c) publish secret information

(d) etc

So, what we *must* establish are the limits to the freedom. IMHO,
restricting criticism against the g*vernment in times of *war* is
a reasonable restriction.
