Hee hee. Actually, I think that the best Star Trek villains were the pre-Hugh Borg... You know, back when they were mindless drones without any individuality. When that cube first showed up for the first time, it was positively eerie. No other Star Trek villain has managed to seem like more than just another actor with funky makeup to me. I suppose I just dug Q's sense of humor, more than anything else.
I thought that the Kazon in Voyager were interesting, but felt kind of forced. The race with the flesh-destroying disease that were harvesting organs from other people were more interesting.
