There are six states that are next to Iowa. Several of them have major
cities on the borders.
Infinet allowed you to use servers from any place where infinet was
available. Earthlink has continued this tradition and extended it to
anywhere where Earthlink/Mindspring has a server (which is anywhere in
the U.S.).
