I would also name Tancredo Neves as the greatest Brazilian president of all times [he had a tumor that erupted one day before he would take office, and he spent the next two months in coma before dying] *except* that he chose a very evil set of Ministros [secretaries] before his appointed date :-/ So he was partly guilty for the disastrous years of Sarney g*vernment [1985 - 1990] Alberto Monteiro
