Three comments are in order.
First, no offense Bob, but I think this proves baseball salaries are getting
_way_ out of line. That kinda money for a middle age guy who's only
experience in the last 20 years has been slow pitch softball?
Bob's buying lunch for all the Texas Brin-Lers at the restaurant of _our_
choice when he moves here.
Is it too late for me to point out that I'd be happy to sign just a $5
million dollar contract for 3 years?
