I'm officially bowing out of this conversation.  There is no point in 
discussing a subject with someone who blatantly ignores and irrationally 
refuses to discuss requested source material when it is placed in front of 
them.  There is true futility in debating with someone who irrationally 
refuses to agree on set definitions of the terms being argued about.  

If I remain in this discussion, it's going to devolve into a rather venemous 
flame war, and I won't be responsible for that.  It also may allow me to lose 
the nasty taste in my mouth everytime I read list posts these days.

To those who remain mentally and emotionally involved, I will make a simple 
plea:  Attack the topics, but not the person speaking them.  It may seem to 
easy to call someone a 'Nazi' or something similar, but it's wrong to do so.  
You don't call someone names because they disagree with your political 
position.

And if you don't like that reason, consider this one: name-calling only 
weakens your position, not his (or hers, as the case may be).
