The Best of All Possible Worlds, edited by Spider Robinson
It's entirely likely that I own another book or two which has it, but I
have over 100 anthologies and don't care to try to dig through the 30 or
so more likely to have it right now. Maybe later someone can ask me to
spend more time looking. (Insane week house-building-wise. I'm just
glad we can worry about the wallpaper *next* week, there's enough else
to be done without *that* set of decisions!)
