Apparently not.  However, there does appear to be an upper limit to the
amount of total information a human nervous system can contain, somewhere
in the range of 500 or 5000 (I forget if it's two or three zeros)
lifetimes' worth.  This fact plays a key role in the fate of a particular
character.
