Why do they keep saying "Governor Tom Ridge"? He isn't governor anymore,
though for some reason his family still lives in the governor mansion and
says they will stay until June. I can sort of understand using the honorific
but I think it's more descriptive to say 'Homeland Security Director'.

Wait, "'He' has unilaterally passed into law..."? That can't be right.
