You definitely want to read _The Forest House_ before reading _The Lady of Avalon_. One of major characters of _Lady_ was born in _Forest House_. There's also a fourth entry in the series called _Priestess of Avalon_ that MZB had outlined and started writing before her death. It was finished by her friend Diana Paxson. Apparently, it is set before _Forest House_. I liked _Mists_ a lot and really enjoyed _Forest House_, but I wasn't as fond of _Lady of Avalon_. Of course I was going through some tough work-related problems at the time... I'll probably like it a lot better when I get around to re-reading it. I haven't read _Priestess of Avalon_ yet, but either my wife or I will most likely pick up a copy in July when it comes out in paperback. There are also a couple of books called _Web of Light_ and _Web of Darkness_ that my wife read some time ago that she thinks are related to the distant past of that series. I believe they were republished together under the title _The Fall of Atlantis._ I haven't gotten around to reading them yet, but my wife says they are a lot darker than most of MZB's other stuff. I hope that helps. Reggie Bautista _________________________________________________________________ Join the worlds largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
