Nope, that ISBN is for a reprint of the originally published version.  I 
happened to find a hardback copy at Borders Books about ten years ago or so, 
but I don't think I've seen it lately.  I'm not sure whether or not it's 
currently in print.

I just went to the website for the Kansas City Public Library and did a 
search on "stranger in a strange land uncut" and came up with ISBN 
0399135863.  I'll try to find my copy and see if I can confirm that ISBN for 
you.
