There is enough trouble with that - you simply don't know how difficult
it is working in this area after Clinton introduced paranoia in the
field. Just because one chinese-american allegedly stole something
that might have been used by the Chinese g*vernment :-(
For example, the USA wanted to rent the br launch site at Alcantara
[the best place in the world for launching satellites], but the conditions
were so perverse that it would make Alcantara an external territory
of the USA.
If this happens with USA-Brazil, imagine what happens with USA-Russia
or USA-China!
