OK, I can understand that people are concerned about exposing children to
depictions of graphic violence. I am all for limiting the exposure. But
does anyone really believe this law will help? It is so easy to go around
it; they can buy the game in an other state or have someone else buy it for
them. Or they can go to a friend who has the desired game and play it
there. And a copy of the CD is quickly made now that everyone and his
mother has a CD burner built into their computer and blank CD's cost
next-to-nothing.

And of course, if you want to shield your kids for depictions of violence,
you should also disallow them to watch most television programs (including
the news; heck, *especially* the news). Am I correct in assuming that
Georgia (or any other US state) does not have a law that makes it illegal
to let kids watch television?
