Actually, small amounts of dark chocolate (as in, not made with lots of
fatty milk) can be *good* for you. :) At least, the chocolate has
stuff in it that's good for you, and as long as you go easy on the fat
and don't pig out on it, it probably won't hurt you too much. (Some of
the good things in tea are also in chocolate.)
Of course, the indulgence I took last night was less than wonderful for
me -- a snack cake consisting of chocolate cake, white frosting/filling,
covered in a thin layer of (milk) chocolate, but it was one of those
days where I felt I deserved at least that level of treat....
