BRIN-L SUMMARY, March 17-23, 2002

Editorial Notes: Just thought I'd put together a very brief summary of a weeks
worth of brin-l to (1) see how long it would take me (about an hour and a half)
and (2) see if people are interested in a Week in Review type revival. All that
I have done is provided one or two sentences about the origin of the thread.
Period. No summarizing of the entire discussion, that is just too time
consuming. However, anyone that wishes to summarize a thread for a future issue
is certainly welcome to contribute. The week summarized will go from Sunday to
Saturday, contributions to be submitted by 6 PM Saturday (or so).
