He probably found a _good_ excuse to avoid going to Sao Paulo, the
ugliest city in the world. Fear of _demonstrations_ against him? Does
he know _how_ we do demonstrations against something? :-)

I don't even have to comment on the Operation Condor stuff - even those
that were confessed torturers and murderers escaped punishment afer
a general amnesty in the 80s. Heck, many of them even got elected to
the Parliament!
