We have DSL again.  I just downloaded an awful lot of e-mail and will be
wading through 100+ messages of listmail & other stuff sometime LATER.

SWB hadn't goofed as I reported earlier; they'd just reported something
to Dan that he interpreted wrongly, and it took talking to no less than
4 different SWB employees to straighten it out.  The pity of it is, if
the first one had just BOTHERED to look at the entire customer file
instead of just the first screen of it, it would have been resolved in
less than 5 minutes on the first phone call.

Then something wasn't working quite right around 4:30 this afternoon,
but that's been taken care of.  So we're back in business.

Feel free to ask for help, although you might want to indicate that
you're asking for help in the subject line until such time as I announce
that I'm caught up again, or I might not get to it for awhile....
