Kinda. But he was on the opening day roster for a while there until his ERA on his last 5 games in Spring Training was something like a 16.00. So they demoted him. He just isn't ready yet. On the plus side, he will be a starting pitcher in New Orleans instead of in the bullpen which is where he was gonna be in Houston, so he is basically gonna be the first guy they call up if one of the starters gets hurt.
