A colleague once told me that babysitting is the most effective form of birth control. She had been taking care of another friend's two children. After suffering about a few hours of sticky drool, cat hair and thrown toys, the little brats finally had the cheek to say "Bye!" to her (rather forcefully too). The reason she was babysitting?
