Yep - that's a list of countries I want involved in making sure atrocities are dealt with correctly. I don't know much about Bulgaria or Slovakia post-USSR, but the others have terrible records of deaths of innocents. Not that I oppose the court, I just find it ironic that these particular countries got it across the line. Cheers Russell C.
