I worked at the IRS at one time.  I'd like to know which IRS centers the
forms were processed at -- at the time I was working at the one in
Austin, we were told to be on the lookout for that sort of thing and to
*not* enter it, and maybe to bring it to the attention of our
supervisor.  From the tales I heard of other centers, it wouldn't
surprise me to find out a certain one was among the one(s) that managed
to do that....  (Yes, there are stupid people working at the IRS.  I met
a couple.)
