We didn't actually *see* them die, so I'm sure Chris Carter can come up with
a way to bring them back. After all, Cancer Man (aka The Smoking Guy)
"died" and came back, and Krycek (sp?) has died at least twice and still
keeps coming back.

Actually, early last season, Doggett died -- IIRC, he was eaten and then
vomited back into a Doggett-shaped pit in the ground to cure him of some
disease or other.

A recent poll on SciFi.com asked what X-Files characters aside from Mulder
and Scully fans wanted to see most in future X-Files movies, and the Lone
Gunmen won by a landslide. (Oddly enough, Krycek was in second the last
time I looked at the poll.) So I wouldn't be surprised to see some lame
excuse to bring them back in the next X-Files movie, which Chris Carter is
already writing.
