Well, I won't be able to get excited about it if it's only the absence
of problems once we take possession of the house. Now, if it hits the
15-year mark of house ownership and there's been no such problem, then I
might feel like celebrating.

whose parents had to deal with backup 2 weeks *before* moving into the
house; boy, was *that* an interesting day, and one of those days I was
incredibly glad I was too young to be expected to do a whole lot!
