I got there by going to Yahoo news and typing

military enlistment

in the search field.

It was the second place I tried..hotbot came up a cropper.  So it took me
about 5 minutes, I guess. :-)

The short synopsis of the article is that the military doesn't see the
increase in enlistment as directly tied to 911.  However, the armed forces
are meeting or exceeding their quota.  I'll post later on how I think the
average American is contributing to the fight against terrorism.
