Check out this site about all you need to know to be a gardener. It is easy, comprehensive, somewhat humorous and complete enough with the possibility to follow a short course on the subject. The BBC series with the site were rather fun to watch and amazingly comprehensible.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/gardening/htbg/ The site contains info on plants (with info on how and where to plant them as well as how to care for them) under the subject 'plantlist' at http://www.bbc.co.uk/gardening/htbg/plantlists.shtml I started on the course but lost interest because everytime I tried to implement something I learned during the course in _our_ 'garden' I ended up digging out trash and debris for hours on end (left there by previous inhabitants of our current home). At times it feels more like an archeological dig then gardening to me..... ;o) So it's no fun at all to be a gardener. (Minor problem might also be that I already didn't like gardening anyway :o) ). So now I wonder when I will find that roman fortress? ;o) Sonja [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > I know there's garden people here. Where can I get samples of this plant, > and can I plant it in my garden?
