I thout it was Asia and *Europe* that were combined.
Also, there are more plates than that. The only one I can think of
offhand is the Nazca plate, and I think all my geology books are already
packed. You can ask me again in 9 or 10 weeks, I'll be in a position to
be pulling out geology books at that point if they aren't already
unpacked. (Move is scheduled for about 8 weeks from now, 55 days to be
exact.)
