As a citizen of the United States I can pretty much go anywhere in the world
for 90 days, enough to build a yurt, court a girl, but not enough to be
intrusive.

[though if she lets me impregnate her she and her family would be powerless;
and if I have learn how to play the guitar and sing to her by moonlight it
might not be worth the effort]

If I were a citizen of the Philippines it would take a lot of time and effort
just to get a tourist visa to a limited number of countries, because lots of
countries don't want me to be intrusive. The screening process seems fine,
but way slow, and my choices are limited. And all the filipinas have started
dating the gringos . . . hmmm.

I am glad to hold an American passport, where things are way easy. Anybody
else have similar experiences in different countries?
