Sheherazade told me a secret. She said if I just set up everybody else to
think I have something important to say and then put it off until next time,
it would save my life. Sylvia told me, "She bolts each door, each door she
bolts", and Mozart says, "Jaylow has a nice ass".

I considered Sheherazade, and what she was offering, but I can't. The gambit
of the Dead is found on new paper, where each and every one of you write down
the births and deaths and names of your family members, which is all that
scripture is really good for.

Because the dead live only through the living. That is, if we are not here,
and we are not capable of enacting the dead, then they cannot see each other.

So they have a stake in our lives, and some have a stake in our deaths.
Them's the breaks. I have been fortunate enough to live my Lolo and Lola's
story.
