What happens if one just changes scale, travels to another part of the fractal, and then reduces scale? This would be a type of folding of space, relatively, but it seems ridiculous to me. Does this mean we have to expand our ship and then reduce it again? Is scale related to volume?
What if the fractal dimension goes backwards and forwards through time? It might allow us to calculate a simulation and then view the universe at a different time by viewing the simulatin, though I don't know how an actual signal could be sent that way, or planted, rather.
