Since we talked about it before how much can be done about anonymous internet writing? Any helpful links I can research? If a bulletin board was alleging that laws were broken, but it was untrue, can anything be done? It's not me but I really need to know. I mean if a person wasn't DIRECTLY threatened then is it just hate speech? A lawyer has said that if the person cannot show and direct threats or financial loss then they would have no case, but I was hoping something can be done. At the worst shuting down the bulletin board.
