You can find the info in the Administrative FAQ, which you can find at www.brin-l.com. Keep in mind that Julia holds the copyright for the Administrative FAQ, so technically you will have to ask her permission first and include a copyright notice. But if you ask her nicely, I doubt she will say "NO". At worst, you will have to include the magic word.
