If they have a wood block for displaying them on the counter, put them in that, and put the whole thing in a box small enough that they won't come out of the block. For the other knives, I would suggest putting them in some kind of wooden or metal box, such that they won't come out or poke through if the box were to be dropped. Also, fill the box completely enough so that they won't shift around very much. Making cardboard and/or cloth sleeves could also work if they have to transported loosely. You could also use regular corrugaged cardboard as sleeves (insert the knife between the walls of the cardboard, along the corrugations) -- Matt
