Cannot be true, at least in the Catholic Church, since priests retain the ability to spill sperm, and do, if I am in any way logical or competent. If priests spill sperm, and how could they not if they are given the ability by God to spill sperm and are not then castrated by the Church as a sign of office, then they are no better than the lay people within the church. Therefore, since this is not the case, according to Catholic doctrine, and according to Saint Thomas Aquinas logic is to be the guiding principle for the Church, every sperm is *not* sacred, and Catholic Church members, priests and lay people alike can masturbate if they want to.
