This whole issue is crap.  These are the same kind of
people who wanted to make burning the flag illegal by
constitutional ammendment.

I'd like to ask these people how not having such an
ammendment is causing such great damage to our country
that an ammendment is required.  All this could affect
are...what? inheritance, alimony, child custody, medical
and financial responsibility for each other?  How are
those things being harmed now by the fact that they
aren't necessarily denied to everyone in the nation who
has a nonstandard living arrangement?
