The way to teach nerve cells to act like they're supposed to is somehow [I 
don't know the details] create a basic training regimen for them and then 
transplant to the host where the principle of context will "fill in" from the 
older nerve cells, until the younger cells operate as if they were there from 
the beginning.

Obviously, I'm not a biologist or surgeon or lab technician or what have you 
that would have the knowledge and experience to be able to do this, but it is 
possible, and probably only doable by a team of specialists [see University 
of Illinois C-U campus for details on this methodology].

Or I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
