The highest *average* was 84 posts a day. There were days when there
were approximately 150 messages, though. (Made up for with the days
with a paltry 40 messages or so....)
Hey, Jeroen, can you dig through archives of digests and see if you can
come up with an all-time record of posts in one day? :)
