Are we talking about neurons or the old hemlock thread?  If you're any sort 
of lab technician you can grow a culture in a petry dish easily.  If you're 
any sort of neurosurgeon you can reattach those cells to the deficient area.  
It's worth a try, and I can tell Christopher Reeves, Michael J Fox, and 
countless others could benefit from this type of research.

The hemlock thing is dead, unless you're talking about drop dead gorgeous 
women, which I suspect you're not . . . talking about that is.
