Are we talking about neurons or the old hemlock thread? If you're any sort of lab technician you can grow a culture in a petry dish easily. If you're any sort of neurosurgeon you can reattach those cells to the deficient area. It's worth a try, and I can tell Christopher Reeves, Michael J Fox, and countless others could benefit from this type of research.
