The specialists in this field are either all guys, or they're just really 
good at what they do, which is take care of kids.  Babies and kids actually 
scare the effs for some reason.  Maybe it's Art Linkletter warding them away. 
 Anyway, I suspect that if you compare the cost of pediatric medicines [all 
well established and little room for new drugs or procedures] with the 
medicines for the other end of life, the olds, then you'll see a dramatic 
rise in monetary cost [the effs at least want to keep them alive to collect 
on pensions and retirement savings].
