Hello, Wilbur,

There is a plant found in most of the oceans, it provides a home for fishes
and food as well. It is also a popular toy for certain large dolphins in
polar regions. [don't give too many clues, boss.] I'm going to say the name
right now, so it don't matter. That of which I speek is kelp. It is found
in the sea, so it is sea kelp. If you say that name out loud fast enough,
you will hear my advice to you. [that's harsh, boss.] Quiet you! [hey,
what did I do, boss?] You're annoying me. [why, boss?] because you are a
feableminded construct that won't keep his coments to himself. [hey, you
were the one who brought me here, boss.] I only did that to illustrate a
point. I already did it. Now get lost. [whatever you say... you're the
boss.] And will you cut out that "boss" stuff. [sure thing, boss]. Rrrrrg.

Strangeness/craziness/silliness aside, I think you really need to consider
things more carefully. Take your psychiatrists advice seriously (unless he
too is a construct of your mind, in which case, get a real psychiatrist).
If he told you to quit smoking, I highly recommend you do. Nicotine is a
neurotransmitter, so it may be making your problems worse. On women, I
suggest you not be so naive or self-deluding. If a woman tells you that she
is married, then married or not, that is a sure sign that she is not
interested in you. Get a grip on reality. Ditch your delusions. They are
constructs of *your* mind, so you have the power to get rid of them. As for
your delusions of granduer. Everyone has the potential to change the world.
That doesn't make you special. What makes a person special is actually
causing a change in the world for the better (a change for the worse isn't
special... corrupt leaders, terrorists, and sociopaths have been doing that
stuff for all of history. They sure as heck aren't special, because being
special implies uniqueness, and what they do has been done for thousands of
years... not unique at all).
