Do I even have to point out that death threats are over-the-top (and can

Yeah, that's the agreed upon rule. I violated it. Have me arrested if you
feel it necessary. But there is such thing as communique set one, and if you
look at all the media everything refers to my discussions on-list and in the
newsgroups. I see no reason to hide that by even a simple transformation
into metaphoric terms. That only gives my tacit agreement to play by the
eff's rules. And since they're now fighting for their very children's lives,
I see no reason why I shouldn't be cruel, because I enjoy being cruel to my
enemies [without kindness]. And if you even have to bring the point up, I
suspect you will be thoroughly checked before they kill you, because of the
association you have on the Brin list. If I had my way, and I want it all,
and intend to have it all, I'd have anyone suspected by my friends and family
and myself killed at once because they're not associated with people I know
well. I would have their children killed because I wouldn't have the heart
to bring them up myself; I'm not cruel to children, though I don't mind if
the children of my enemies are killed immediately. The only way to tell if
they can be saved is to kill them in front of their parents to find their
parents reactions anyway.
