Bulk power should use electricity. It's the cleanest. Though hydrogen
combustion is almost as clean (produces water), it's expensive, as you have to
convert the base fuel to electricity and then electrolyze water into hydrogen
and oxygen. Why not just store the electricity in an efficient battery? Or
potato? Figure out which process is more efficient and use that -- I still
like internal combustion for some things and electricity for others.
